 ETIKA PROFESI AKUNTAN

Berbagai pelanggaran etika telah banyak terjadi saat ini dan di lakukan oleh akuntan, misalnya berupa perekaysaan data akuntansi untuk menunjukan kinerja keuangan perusahaan agar terlihat lebih baik, ini merupakan pelanggaran akuntan terhadap etika profesinya yang telah melanggar kode etik akuntan telah memiliki seperangkat kode etik tersendiri yang di sebut sebagai aturan tingkah laku moral bagi akuntan dalam masyarakat.

Pelanggaran etika profesi akuntan di perusahaan memang banyak, tetapi upaya untuk menegakkan etik perlu digalakkan, diantaranya :

1. perusahaan tidak perlu berbuat curang untuk meraih kemenangan. Hubungan yang tidak transparan dapat menimbulkan hubungan istimewa atau koliso dan memberikan peluang untuk korupsi.

2. etika profesi paling gampang diterapkan di perusahaan sendiri. pemimpin perusahaan memulai langkah ini karena mereka menjadi panutan bagi karyawannya.

3. Dalam operasinya, perusahaan mengikuti aturan berdagang yang diatur oleh tata cara undang-undang. etika profesi tidak akan dilanggar jika ada aturan dan sangsi. kalau semua tingkah laku salah dibiarkan, lama kelamaan akan menjadi kebiasaan. norma yang salah ini akan menjadi budaya. Oleh karena itu bila ada yang melanggar aturan diberikan sangsi untuk memberi pelajaran kepada yang bersangkutan. Hal lain yang juga mempengaruhi seseorang berperilaku etis adalah lingkungan, yang salah satunya ialah lingkungan dunia pendidikan. Dunia pendidikan akuntansi juga mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap perilaku etis akuntan (Sudibyo,1995), oleh sebab itu perlu diketahui pemahaman calon akuntan(mahasiswa) terhadap masalah masalah etika, dalam hal ini berupa etika profesi akuntan yang mungkin telah atau akan mereka hadapi nantinya.

Introducing Myself 

Bahasa Indonesia

       Bahasa Indonesia merupakan bahasa yang diciptakan untuk mempersatukan semua suku bangsa Indonesia, suku tersebut baik yang sudah dibentuk dalam region provinsi biasa maupun istimewa, dengan hal ini diharapkan komunikasi dapat dibangun dengan baik sehingga terjalankan suatu kepemerintahan, dikaitkan dengan pentingnya bahasa Indonesia menuntut kita untuk terus menggali softskill yang padat untuk dapat mencintai bahasa Indonesia itu tersebut.

      Hal ini sangat menginspirasikan, terkhusus saya sendiri dengan softskill bahasa Indonesia, hal yang secara garis besar bisa ditangkap oleh saya adalah inovasi belajar dengan praktik bermain drama, praktik ini selain untuk melatih kecakapan kita dalam memilih bahasa yang tepat, namun juga praktik ini menuntun kita untuk membuat imajinasi yang tinggi terhadap peran, lawan pemain, setting tempat, intonasi nada yang cocok dan lain sebagainya, sehingga dengan ini kita tidak saja belajar kalimat verbal dan nonverbal, namun kita juga belajar penempatan kalimat yang cocok untuk situasi tertentu.

     

     Sistem pembelajaran seperti ini lebih efektif dari pada sekedar teori yang tertulis rapi di dalam buku dalam bentuk font, dan kalimat yang menarik, buku memberikan pengertian disertai contoh dalam keseharian, namun dalam keseharian hal tersebut masih membingungkan sebagian kalangan mahasiswa sehingga wajar jika angka pengangguran bersifat dinamis, hal tersebut dikarenakan sedikit sekali ilmu penataan bahasa yang tepat untuk melamar kerja, dll. Dengan hal ini kita dapat menyimpulkan teori juga diperlukan namun untuk memahaminya lebih dalam kita membutuhkan praktik yang ideal seperti bermain drama tersebut.
